This group was founded and led by the Chinese anthrax until the moment was caught in the Netherlands on 30 December 2013. After the capture of the Chinese, Melecio "MELE" became one of the leaders of anthrax.

It is said that was created to protect the children of the Mayo Zambada and that its members live in the state of Jalisco, mainly in Zapopan and Guadalajara. What distinguishes its members is a skull ring on glossy, which implies leadership, death and power
